Site usage guidelines

Anyone may enter the online store website Kolvert (Hereinafter: “the Site”). In order to purchase items on the site you must first register to the site. The registration process is quick and convenient and allows you to stay updated on new discounts and models.

Instructions for entering the site:

On the main page of the site click the “Join” tab.

Fill out your personal details according to the fields on the form and choose a personal password.

Now that you have registered, a “My Account” tab will be created, where you can track your purchased details, actions you have taken and information about your orders.

After you have submitted your details on the site, you have approved all the required documents as required and you have given your consent to the Terms of Use and the Site Rules, the Site Administration will be entitled, but not obligated, to display or send you updates through your account on the Site, by e-mail, Content updates, information about services and products, as well as the services and products of others, promotions, news on the Site and advertisements, within the meaning of section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 1982.

At any time, you may return from your consent to receive messages and notify the Site’s management of your refusal to receive advertising, generally or by a particular type, by sending a refusal notice. Change and password recovery:

You can update your password on the “My Account” page, where you can also change if you forget it. In this case, you will be taken to a new page where you will be asked to fill in the email address you registered with. The new password will be sent to you according to the details you provided.

Update or add an address:

You can change your billing details or shipping address information on the “My Account” page, using the “Edit” tab.

After you have added products to your Shopping Cart, you will need to enter the following details of the recipient: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and E-mail Address and / or any other details as may be required from time to time. In addition, the following details must be given: First name, last name, telephone number, town, street, house number, apartment, floor, entrance, comments and information regarding actions the courier is asked to perform if the recipient is not at home. Fields marked explicitly require details. You must provide only correct, accurate and complete information in order to prevent, as far as possible, a failure to deliver the products. When you complete the order, you will confirm the accuracy of the details you provided. The site management will not bear any responsibility for any inaccuracy in the details provided on the site.

Payment and security:

To protect the personal information of customers, Kolvert does not store your credit card details. Tranzila, the leading credit card and security clearing company in Israel, is responsible for this. The company complies with strict standards and information security procedures as per the requirements of the credit card companies – PCI level 1. You can pay using Visa, Visa Leumi, MasterCard, Isracard and Diners credit cards.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased, you can easily do so in accordance with the Shipping and Returns Policy of the Site, as will be set from time to time, appearing under the “Shipping and Returns Policy” tab on the bottom of the page.

If the credit card company does not authorize your payment, we will not be able to provide you with the products you ordered. In this case, we will contact you and will refrain from charging your credit card. In order for us to supply you with the products, your order must be received in a proper and orderly manner, containing all the details required for contact and shipping.

If you do not receive a call from us by e-mail or telephone up to 48 hours from the date of booking (business days only, not including Saturdays and holidays), it is likely that there was a malfunction. In this case, we recommend that you contact the customer service center at We will check for the source of the problem and assist with the order.
